The Coaching Network is a 12-month network that meets once a month– generally, the second Tuesday.  It is a “hybrid” coaching network consisting of both live Zoom calls and in person coaching.

Zoom:  The monthly coaching call on Zoom is from 10am-1pm featuring Pastor Tim, subject matter experts, and special guests. All materials are included for live download including PDFs, ministry templates, graphics, and creative elements.

In Person: In 2021, there will be 3 sessions (January – May – August) held in person at the Liquid Broadcast Campus (299 Webro Road) in Parsippany, NJ.  These sessions will be full-day experiences (10am – 4pm) and include live training, simulation of weekend services, and lead pastor breakout sessions.

The cost of the 2021 Coaching Network is $2,400 or $200 per month. (Comparable networks typically cost between $3,000-$5,000, but we are trying to keep this Network affordable for Northeast pastors). 

Yes.  Each month, the Lead Pastor may bring one staff member along who is responsible for the system being covered.  For instance, if we are studying the Family System, you can bring your Kids Ministry Director or Youth Pastor along to process what you’re learning together.  If we’re going over Stewardship, bring your XP or Finance person.

On those days, Tim will meet with Lead Pastors during lunch.  And your “bonus” Staff will share lunch with a Liquid systems expert to answer questions, share best practices, and help with pressure points.

We are currently limiting this network to 20 Lead Pastors from the Northeast.  A group between 15-20 pastors is optimal for mutual learning, 1-1 discussion, and dialogue.

Yes. Lead Pastors who are accepted are required to attend a minimum of 9 out of 12 sessions.  You are allowed three misses. If you can’t attend minimally 75% of dates, please don’t apply.  Consistency is key to growth and your goal should be to attend every month.

Payment can be made in full (or bi-annually) to “Liquid Church.” If you are accepted into the network, a non-refundable deposit of $200 (one month tuition) is required by December 15, 2020.  Proceeds from the network cover the cost of materials & preparation and will benefit the leadership development of other pastors & leaders.
